“Not what I thought for the following reason
Drop off very good
Pick up I assumed would be the same procedure, however firstly the instruxtions were incorrectly worded, your instruction says collect luggage, pick up key from locker then return to drop and go where your car will be waiting.....in fact you have to go to the drop and go before you retrieve your keys.....Once at the drop and go I assumed the procedure would be the same as drop off, but having left the trolly at the bus drop off we had to push four heavy cases, not to the same drop off place but to the far side of the car park.....in conclusion there seems to be little point using your service as all it seems you do is park my car, had I parked my car myself realising I had to push cases I would have parked it nearer the entry/exit.....I did come across one of your operatives in the car park who told me I should have asked when dropping off, I surely would have if I had known after a 24 hours flight I was going to have to move my heavy cases, my incorrect assumption given you know what flight I am on was the car would be in a similar position as drop off.”
