“We are a disabled couple and we informed the carpark we had a blue badge because when we parked previously we had a great distance to go before we got to our car we was promised if we informed them before hand that we had walking problems and emailed the blue badge details they would park the car in the disabled bay by the key collection this was not done again very frustrating”
