“Easy way to start a holiday. Stress free and a great service. The bus transfers are quick and the drivers are friendly. Staff in the key drop off are friendly and always happy to help. Would recommend to all and the only way I will start my holidays!”
“I found the place to drop and go really difficult to find even with instructions! I ended up in the wrong place and had to go round a few times before seeing the rather discreet D&G! The sign Drop and Go needs to be in full and more obvious!

“A mixed experience. The instructions to reach the car park lead us round the airport a few times, turns out the car park is signposted as “D&G” not “Drop & Go”, which seems obvious now but when you’re on your first time there following written instructions you’d expect them to be accurate and unambiguous. Once parked up, which was easy enough, there were no trollies available, which when transporting two under 5s with pushchair, cot and two car seats meant we struggled with carrying all our bags. However, the key drop, bus ride and whole return leg was much smoother, though we got lucky with the trollies on the return as they were haphazardly discarded in the bus drop off area. So: improve the directions to the car park, and improve the availability of trollies. Otherwise, recommended.”
