“It’s easy to use. Good instructions on how to arrive at the area staff there are waiting and helpful. Key drop off is quick and easy. Collection couldn’t be any easier. All in all well worth doing.”
“Not impressed , came back to find some body work damage on left side front bumper when I came back from my Holiday . Was upgraded to meet and greet when I got confused with where drop and go is . Still awaiting response to my feedback form sent, as not able To speak to someone directly about the damage and sort repairs which is very frustrating .”
“Everything was well organised and straightforward but it was helpful to be able to ask the available members of staff when the car was being dropped off. On arriving back at the airport it would have been helpful if there were some directions as to how to walk back to the car park rather than wait for the shuttle bus.”
