We had been delayed over an hour by the totally incompetent Emirate Airline, baggage handling.
So many Passengers around us had to call pick-ups to re-arrnge times.
We got our keys; Lost our Car! Lovely girl attendant showed us where we were. (2 Seconds) brilliant.”
“So convenient to use and no need to start hunting for a parking spot. Its safe and secure for your car and very easy to use with convenient walking location for terminals 3&1 and a bus service if you dont fancy walking or you are in T2”
“Dropping the car off was ok, but when we arrived back, there was a large queue at the bus stop already, which got bigger. When a drop and go bus arrived it was already half full and there was no room for our group. The driver rang for back up which arrived 10 - 15 minutes later. The office knew what time our plane arrived, and because they had our details, they must've known how many people to expect. Back at the car park, we had to find our key and then our car, with no-one to ask. I was expecting the whole process to be a lot quicker.”
“Dropped one star due to confusion over Drop and Go name used at airport. Drop and Go is also name for simply dropping people off for their flights and not parking. This confusion and signage for the parking not showing loud and proud as APH cost us £5 just to drive straight through the drop and Go area. No turning back once committed. Other than initial confusing instructions to reach the car park. No complaints. Just please make your directions and signage idiot proof, we weren't the only people caught out this way and could put people off using this service again at £5 and arguements in the car. Not the best way to start a holiday!”
