“Arrival procedure was very easy , someone was there to help with key deposit, the bus driver to the terminal was also very helpful.
On our return the key reclaim process was very easy, the only downside was the poor sighting of the signage to the various colour coded areas where the cars were parked. In our case this was exacerbated, by the fact that we were parked in the yellow area which is as far away as it could be from key collection”

“The directions to the car park need to be followed well and read before the trip! We had done this thankfully as there are lots of roundabouts and different parking facilities on the airport site. Easy access into the terminal and pick up was really straight forwards. All undercover so no rainy Manchester to deal with. We will do this again.”
“Need to improve the terminal drop off and collection point at the Terminal (2) it is the same position for Drop &Go, Jet Parks 1,2 and 3 and it causes enormous problems with people queuing for the different buses and trying to fight through the ques to board the bus. Stagger the drop off points by a few yards with dedicated signs and introduce some staggered control barriers for queuing.”
