Manchester Airport Drop & Go Reviews

4.7 Rating 2,204 Reviews
I have used drop&go quite a few times without any problems. Unfortunately this time we collected our car and returned home in the early hours. Parked the car in our garage and went to bed. The following day after I inspected the car and to my dismay found a large deep scratch across the bonnet. So we will not use or recommend this service anymore .

Haven't used Manchester airport for a while, and never used Drop & Go, so was a bit nervous about finding my way. So, once I'd worked out what 'D&G' stood for on the signs, I had a bit more confidence. That my car was automatically photographed on entry reassured me, too. Inside the facility is well sign-posted, so I had no trouble working out where to go, and the meet-and-greet at reception made it clear how D&G works and what to do. Returning was slightly more complicated - it wasn't initially obvious which bank of lockers was which - but I soon worked this out. Each row in the car park is clearly marked, although it was confusing that, at one point, the exit is marked 'left' and 'straight on'! All in all, though, I would certainly consider using it again.

So Easy and great service with no hastle. Just make sure you keep your slip handy on your return to get your keys out of the locker.

DROP & GO IS NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY IF GOING TO/FROM TERMINAL 3. THERE IS NO BUS TO/FROM T3. The special assistance staff have no idea what to do to return you to D&G. We have been dumped outside T3 to find our own way on foot; I have been wheeled all the way to T1 (husband has knee injury and had to walk the distance), to catch the bus. This is not acceptable and needs dealing with.

Thinking I'd booked for terminal two. After driving there being told to go terminal 1, got there entrance was sealed off. Eventually found drop and go at terminal 3. Parked the car in a line and put keys into a computer. On my return again very little information red zone luckily I've I car that lights up so I could locate easily. Again exit not displayed correctly driving round a carpark twice. Finally out. A week after noticed My rear tail light smashed ???? Hmmmmm
