“On arrival everything was as expected and went smoothly. On return we waited for the shuttle bus and watched two of every other shuttle pass us. When our shuttle eventually arrived we set off on a tour of the airport and what appeared the local area. When we eventually got to the first floor key collection, there was some confusion due to the poor on wall signage which did not show "Point A". We were not the only ones confused. On being directed to the correct machine we collected the key and headed to our car and home. Over 40 minutes from standing at the shuttle stop. Not a pleasant experience after 30 hours travelling.”

“Very easy and better than off airport parking. However on our return we weren't quite sure which bus stop we should use as there was also an APH stand. Confusion arose because we'd booked through APH but needed to use the Drop & Go stand. You tend to forget things when you've been away so it would be useful to tell people to use stand C on their return. The automated key return system is really good.”
