“Drop and go is a great service, easy to use, no need to worry about finding a space, the bus service to the terminals are quite often, I have used this service about 7 times never had a problem, even when delayed , great service.”
“Waited over 18 mins for a bus to take us to the terminal and another 18 mins plus for a bus to pick us up upon return (one driver said this was due to shift changeover). Not as smooth an operation as it should be.”

“Easy to navigate and close to terminal, however when I collected car my seat had been lowered steering wheel adjusted and extended, mirrors moved and car put in sports mode. The car only got moved at most 200 metres so thought all the adjustments to car was a bit extreme unless you were using car for a longer journey”
“Very quick and easy access, and key drop off with assistants to help.Easy bus drop off to terminal and on return shortly wait for shuttle bus, easy key collection when you scan your ticket. Only let down was that I was parked in the yellow zone 2 which is almost the longest walk from the key kiosk.”
