“Arrival, parking and key drop are extremelly easy.
When we returned from our holidays after Christmas, I was on crutches with a half leg cast and we arrived on a 2 hour delayed flight at 01.00am with a 2 year old and in the middle of a snow storm.
The staff had kindly parked my car as close to the collection point as possible.
Unfortunately, the car would not start due to a key / electronic issue.
Drop & Go staff were fantastic and tried everything they could to get us moving. They even tried to start the car with some battery leads.
Unfortunately nothing worked and had to take a taxi home leaving the car behind at the Drop&Go.
It took me 4 days to organize a recovery towing truck to come and retrieve the car.
Car Park did not charge me any extra cost and they were amazing with communication over the period it took to organize the car recovery.”
