“Hi, I thought going out it was fantastic, although it was not made clear I would need to provide£5 cash to the driver for the car park. I only just had the change to do it. The pick up I wasn't as impressed with, I was stood outside for 20 mins in the cold”

Demanded £5 when I dropped off my car so they could get out the car park.
I had to pay an extra £6.20 to exit the carpark after I collected my car.
Driver casually told me that I had no windshield wiper. It was raining and the wiper was damaged. I had to go to Halfords and get the wiper fixed.”
“We booked meet and greet thinking it would be stress free. Unfortunately we didn't realise that when you drop your car off they ask you for 5 pounds in cash for when you pick the car up.
We had no cash on us inly card and euros. In return we got cash out of the machine in the airport, it charged us 2.50 for the transaction.
We then had to walk to the multi story to collect our car. We were met by someone who took our 5 pounds and gave us a token to exit the airport. At the exit we had to pay a further 6.50 to get out of the carpark.
It seemed pointless doing the drop off as we had to pay extra and also walk to the multi storey car park. If we had been aware of this we would have just booked the multi storey park.
So all in all a disappointment.
Also an extra cost that was not pointed out to us”
