“Had issues booking. Emailed “Jack” at customer services to get this sorted. He fixed my issue and refunded me, however he did not pass this info on to the car park personnel. (Agency worker)
Because of this, Not only was I then late to drop off, the car park had me coming home three days after my flight landed. Therefore my car was not ready to collect as I had intended. 25 minute wait for the (very helpful and apologetic) car park staff to not only have to locate my car, but unbox it and drive it around to the terminal.
Furthermore I was not told about the £5 gate fee. Luckily I had cash otherwise this whole affair would’ve been killed from the get go. 3* purely because the staff I dealt with at Manchester airport were great, but the whole experience wasn’t good at all.”
