Asked for cash when picking up the car despite all pre booked, seemed a bit strange

Four time using VIP meet and greet and always a great experience could not go on holiday without them now!

The problem is not the car collection company or staff day by day parking it is with APH who i booked through i made a mistake booking VIP parking as I thought it was with manchester airport meet and greet which I use for most of my trips you are met at the departure area and they take your car and park it somewhere but you have to give them £5 for them to exit your vehicle and the then pay £6 something when you return to get out of the arrival area not clear on APH site won't book through APH again. They were very good at collecting and returning the car didn't have r To wait long

The collection and drop off of my car where on time and good, but when I booked on line I thought that was the price end off but when the car was collected I was asked for £5 from collecting driver and when I got back I was charged £10.79 from SP parking and also £6.20 to get out I was not aware of these extra charges.

We received great service from this company. A friendly staff member was waiting for us in front of departures when we arrived at the airport, and gave us details for what to do on our return. Collecting the car was just as efficient and prompt, and we would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Didn’t expect to have to walk a distance to an other drop off area to get my car I expected to be met at arrivals Not really meet and greet

When departing at Manchester we were told we had to pay £5 exit fee to the man taking our car. We questioned this and he said the details of this were in our confirmation email. We checked this and there was no notification of additional charges. On arrival to Manchester we called the number and went to the meeting point where the car would be there in 5 minutes. We were stood for 30 minutes waiting in the cold. When our car finally arrived we were given a plastic token to exit the carpark and told we had to pay a exit fee, this cost us an additional £6.25 - again we were told that this was explained in the email. This time we explained the email mentioned nothing regarding these additional charges. The man said the company he worked for wasn’t at fault and it was because we booked through a third party company and we needed to take these issues up with them.
