“On arrival, the service was perfect and was really professional, I did contact the number provided on Saturday as I noticed the car was moved to a location outside of the airport which I wasn’t aware of so made a call and was informed the reasons for this.
On collection of the vehicle, the process was easier enough but the driver blocked the road for other uses getting passed, he could of pulled over to allow them to pass and when mentioned he said they can wait. Pretty rude and not so professional on the collection in comparison to the arrival.”
