“Man was really rude on the phone because I had forgotten to phone 15 mins before we arrived (it was 5am so was half asleep so had some sort of excuse) PLEASE do call this as it cost us £25 to wait 12 mins for them to collect the car at drop off. Still no need to be so blatantly rude on the phone!”
“It’s a great service especially at drop off. I don’t think pick up instructions are as clear as they could be. I thought the car would be brought to the kerb, so had to ring a second time. If I’d been told the car was actually IN the car park, it would have been a lot easier.”
“I do not recommend using Meet & Greet! I followed all the instructions making sure that i pay the driver £5 fee for the car park. However after returning ftom my holiday, I received a fin in the post. It seems i will be required to pay the fine after thay didn’t pay for the car park on my arrival. Which i did pay for! I have sent email and tried to contact them but no response. Give it a miss”
