“Firstly, I would like to say that entering and exiting the multi story was quick and easy. We had prepaid and the number plate recognition let us in and out without issue. Unfortunately, my car was broken into whilst parked up over 12 days. A cloaking device was used to enter and then after searching through they attempted to hot wire my car. There does not seem to be any cctv and I could not find any security. Very poor and although left at owners risk, you don't expect this at their secure parking.”
