“Easy to locate car park all signs clearly directs to car park entrance. Just drove up to barrier at entrance licence plate was recognised and barrier let us enter.
Drove in and went up a few floors and found a space.
The only difficult part was remembering which floor I parked on after we returned.
Drove out as easily as we arrived.”
“We had our car broken into. Clearly your security measures are insufficient. So I guess all I am getting is a space to plop the car. This is very poor service and especially when the police note that it happens frequently.”
“Broadly a good service - the directions to find the car park were good and although we had to go up a few floors to find a space there were plenty there. The only wrinkle was the barrier upon exit had failed to read the license plate properly and tried to charge us £468 to exit. This was quickly sorted via the intercom and the chap who spoke to us was friendly and helpful. I would also note that none of the e-mails mention you have to take a token upon entry and exit - this was slightly confusing as we were concerned we might be in the wrong car park but there is no time to check at 2am”
