“Absolutely perfect location if travelling from terminal 2. No need to go outside, you literally go from carpark into terminal. Car Reg recognition makes it a doddle for entry/departure. Very easy to find as well. Will 100% use again.”
“Initially found it difficult to find a parking space. The car park was extremely close to the terminal. On our return we had a problem with exiting as We hadn’t read the booking information correctly prior to entering the car park. We had taken a disc when the information clearly states not to. However, our problem was resolved by a very helpful man on the end of the helpline button. He quickly noted that we had also input our registration wrongly when booking. He was able to override the charge and allowed us to leave. He was very calm and professional. We are booking again later today.”
