“Very convenient for T2. We unfortunately had a 27 hour delay meaning we returned home overnight and the barrier staff were able to promptly readmit us to the car park and enable us to exit very swiftly.”
“Signage could be a little clearer, but once I found the car park it was easy, found a space no problem, made a note of where the car was, easy access to departures and found the car easily when we got back, we were just over an hour late back but no extra charge was made, well pleased, thank you”
“When we arrived the car park was very busy and congested at the barrier. Our registration number wasn’t picked up (we had prepaid) and we took a token to access the car park. I was worried about this as we’d already paid. I emailed APH (Izzy… lovely) who was fab assuring me if we just asked for assistance at the barrier upon exit after our holiday it would be sorted… and it was! The guy on the intercom was so professional and lovely, he had it sorted in minutes and we drove away with nothing more to pay (just as well as when we inserted the token as requested it came up with £638.00 to pay)!!! Great car park, great service… would always recommend APH and this car park x”
