“It was a straightforward approach on the day we booked in. We had a little hickup as we left the carpark to stay in a hotel overnight and this meant the barrier did not work for us on return. However the helpful assistants at the end of the call buttons sorted it out. Wonderful service.”

“This is car park is right next to T2 departures so easy and convenient , depending on which floor you park you take the lift to the departure terminal, very minimal walking”
“No issues pulling up into the car park. Parking space found quite easily especially when a disabled space was required.
Slightly confusing upon exit when it said token only and the barrier wouldn’t lift, we had pre paid and a token wasn’t needed, we then had to attempt to reverse out and actually go to the barrier the would let us out. It wasn’t very clearly sign posted.
No other issues.”
“This is first time we have used T2 West but will definitely will use again. We pre booked so on arrival barrier lifted immediately and on departure. Plenty of wide spares. Best part was 5 minute walk into departure area. Can't rate highly enough”
