“Overall the carpark is excellent for terminal 2 and no trouble finding a space however I can't give it 5 stars as we suffered the same problem twice in one month...our car registration is recognised going in so the barrier lifts no problem but trying to get out it wouldn't rise so had to press for assistance. Obviously no problem with our registration number as we wouldn't have got in but this needs to be looked at to avoid further issues. Will use T2 East in future”

“I love using the multi storey T2 West. It's so easy, the barrier opens automatically when pre booked. Parking is simple and you walk straight into the terminal building. Its perfect! I've used it 4 times in the last 3 months with no issues at all. Always pre book, it's much cheaper!”
