“The current changes to the route to the carpark meant we accidently went into the drop off lane and had no way to get out, so had to pay £5 for the pleasure. The car park then didn't recognise our number plate and gave us a token we thought this might be an extra security feature that even if you break into a car you can't drive away without the token. On our return we had to enter the token and it said we owed over £400, I pressed the help button and a lovely helpful lady asked for my registration and opened the barrier for us. The button could have been more clearly marked as it was late at night and could hardly see it. I really like the car park, where it is based, how easy it is to get into the airport but was not happy this time with the road and number plate recognition errors.”
“Everything was fine, only issue was on our return we had trouble finding our car as the reactive car park lights didn't come on and it stayed very dark.”
