“Location is great for T2 however there was a massive queue to get in due to building work and when we left the automatic barrier didnt recognise our vehicle so wouldnt let us out. This wasnt unique to us, we saw at least three other vehicles suffering the same issue, which then caused a massive queue to get out of the car park.

“The car park itself is large and the signage (once warned in an email that it had changed) was clear. However, the indicators in on the levels that tell you how many spaces are available were faulty on every level up to and including level 7, which led to the frustrating experience of driving around totally full levels that according to the signs had spacess. Otherwise, it's an airport car park and it works as expected.”
“Smooth easy process. Able to alter my booking to add another day and change my car details. Directions were spot on. Easy entry to car park and managed to get parked easily. Signs in car park are clear.”
“Huge problems 15 min delay entering car park. System doesn't work short stay customers attempting to park just after entering prevents longstay accessing upper floors. Needs sorting out. Chaotic.”
“I always park here. Its safe, well lit (lights come on as you walk to your car) and so very near T2. Much better than parking, getting on a bus whilst trying to manage your baggage and being crammed in with others especially when its a middle of the night arrival at the airport for an early morning flight - which seems to be most of the flights! On return straight to the car without any faffing around and pre booking means you are on your way quickly with the barriers rising as you pull up to them.”
