“Only gave a one star because zero was not an option.
We had pre booked and paid for the parking in April.
We arrived exactly as requested only for the barrier not to rise as promised.
We pushed the intercom for assistance only to be told there was no record of our booking and to quote "go away" To emphasise this a very rude attendant came down and told us to " reverse out as we were blocking the entrance"
We were left with nowhere to go and nobody to help us at 4.30 in the morning.
You had one job to do and failed miserably!”
“Used a few times now , easy to book and get a space, reason not 5 stars is the floor levels say how many spaces there are and they are wrong sometimes says 4 but there are probably about 40 so circle around before going up another level ,other than that good to use .”
“poor signage when approaching car park so was not easy to find. On return it took almost an hour to exit car park due to congestion within the car park.”
“All worked fine, until exiting as other users seemed to have issues with machines and caused a backlog, one car nearly reversed into my car trying to use another machine.”
