“The entrance was difficult to find- clearer directions would be helpful. Finding a space and getting to and from the terminal was very easy. The exit took a long time- the barries/photo recognition didn't appear to be working and we had to speak with an operator in order to exit. There was a long queue as others seemed to be having the same problem. I seem to remember we had the same problem when we last used this car park.”
