“This was shocking - we paid nearly
£300 for two cars / we spent over an hour driving around looking for a space, overbooked and the layout is awful you can’t just drive up and down the rows - you end up going round and round each floor . The bottom floors are short stay - why???? I’ve paid a lot more - these should be pre booked ones”
“Fine but ANPR didn't pick up our plate, I pressed the button thinking that was the process, only realising I had issued myself a short stay coin. Only realised after I arrived in my destination abroad, and worried about it all week. Thankfully, the gent on the intercom applied my booking to the short stay session and let us through. Not sure if it was an issue with the ANPR system. a problem with how the booking was passed to car park, but looking online this isn't an isolated incident.”
