“Entry to car park was difficult/confusing to find. Road signs did not mention T2 Multi-storey but P1 P2 and P3. We initially went to P1 but were held at barrier and told to drive through and head for P3. Once we got to P3 everything went okay, plenty of parking spaces and elevator to check in.”
“I have used this car park many times before but recently there have been some changes to the way the traffic is managed. Short stay (-30mins) and pre booked now use the same entrance resulting in severe congestion both entering and exiting the car park. It took almost 1 hour from starting to queue on the approach road until I was able to find a space on the 6th floor. The ground and 1st floor levels were blocked by vehicles using the short stay facility. Ether waiting for one of the limited number of spaces or trying to exit the carpark. This blocked the flow to the up ramps at both ground and 1st floor levels. Whoever redesigned the traffic flow clearly did not know what they were doing. Abysmal”
“Back up from the exit caused some delay while looking for a space on arrival. Space found once moving again, short walk to the terminal. NPR system worked fine. Less hassle than more remote options and worth the bit extra cost.”
“All was fine but we weren’t given a disc that was required to exit car park. We had to contact help desk. When we reviewed paperwork nothing was said about collecting a disc??”
