“The description of Imagine Car Park sounded like the one we have used previously, known as Smart Park. We were totally confused when arriving at Smart Park only to find that we were in wrong space. Hence we have received a Penalty Notice for making enquiries at the kiosk and stopping on double red lines. Will hesitate to use APH in future as descriptions are unreliable. Sad because we have always relied on APH for our parking requirements. at Liverpool airport”
