“This is the 3rd time I have used this car park and on this occasion it didn't quite come up to its usual high standards. I had booked 2 weeks and was due to pick my car up at 1am on the 20th November. Was delayed getting bags back at terminal and arrived to pick car up at 2am. Then the problem cropped up that my car had not been brought back from the secondary location were it was being stored. This meant a slight delay whilst the gentleman on duty locked the unit up and transported us about a mile away to pick our car up. To be fair he was so apologetic but the fault seemed to lie with the organisation. I will use them again and hopefully the service will be better”
“I used Imagine Park & Ride every time I flew from Liverpool and no doubt I will continue using it. Even if I tried, I would struggle to think of one negative about the car park. It’s super affordable, every person I spoke to whether it’s night time, early morning, afternoon or evening is always very friendly. Leaving and picking up the car is always quick and easy. I’ve only got good things to say.”
