“I have used Imagine car park for years and also been happy. On my recent return from Belfast, I decided to be picked up from the airport as it was dark and very frosty and I thought as I'm nearly 80 it would be safer for me rather than walk. I tried 4 times to ring the mobile number that had been given to me, but could not get a answer, so was a bit fed up. The exclamation I get from the man was, that he was on his own and couldn't leave the reception desk. Apart from that I'm happy.”
