“We had a good experience. I took photos when I parked and it was easy to find the right place. Person at the desk was friendly and provided all information I needed. Car was ready on arrival and in same condition as when I left it. Nice to be able to walk straight across to the terminal and not have to get a bus. Will do this again. Heathrow T5”
“I use the service frequently and find the service very good. My only complaint is that sometimes you cannot get through when you call to advise of drop off or collection. This is especially frustrating when you know the car is 15-20 mins away due to travel time but then you add on a further 15 - 20 mins to get through to an operator. This then starts to make me question the use of the service and if I should park myself so I know how long it will take before I am in my car. When i first started using the service the flight where being monitored and my car would be there as soon as i arrived at the collection point.”
“Our plane was delayed in Vienna before takeoff for two hours so we arrived back very late to Heathrow. I phoned before we took off and our car was ready when we eventually landed. Very good service.”
