“Service was good except for difficulty with telephone call required to advise arrival and luggage recovery.
Six unsuccessful attempts were made to get make contact "because of heavy call load.”
“The 20 minute wait for my vehicle starts to negate the benefit of meet and greet over taking a bus to a local car park. The 17 miles put on my vehicle suggest that the carpark used is not particularly local.
Whilst I understand that the driver may want to adjust the heater for their personal requirements this should be reset prior to handover. Getting a car back with the heated seats on full and the heater set to 25C is not pleasant.”
“Desk manager was very abrupt and quite rude! We have an app that shows how well, or not, the car is being driven - in our case, not very well. Our reading never falls below 85/100 but when checking the score was only 69/100. Drivers should be more mindful when driving other people's cars. Having said that the transfer was relatively smooth.”
