“Dropping the car off for our outbound flight was hassle free and a quick process. However, collecting it after our return flight was a little annoying as we were quoted 15 minutes and it took 25-30 to get the car back. I know it’s not a great deal more but when you’ve been travelling for 18+ hours and are jet lagged, every second counts!! I would still recommend MBW as that’s just a small niggle, nothing more.”

“I would probably have given a 4 or 5 star rating, but at drop off time there was nobody at the desk. Even though we had called in advance there was nobody there. Eventually when I got back through to the office I was told the agent was stuck in traffic and would be around 20 minutes. This "unknown" amount of time to wait before the flight caused unnecessary check in time stress. Otherwise the collection was great.”
