“We have used this company several times now and been very impressed with the service to date.
We have just recently returned from a month away and our car was waiting for us when we got back before we had rung to say we were through customs. The gentleman who dealt with us was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this company/service.”
“Despite following instructions, no MBW person was available at the airport upon arrival and it took 20 minutes for someone to turn up. The other Meet & Greet companies said this happened a lot. Finally when someone turned up they blamed me for not communicating until I pointed out that I would have communicated with them had they answered their phone. I then had to pay for my own parking ticket before MBW would accept my keys.
In contrast the return collection of my car was seamless and is why I've improved the rating to 2 stars.
MBW may be cheaper than the other Meet & Greet companies, but I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.”
