“Very good service and a lot cheaper than parking at the airport. Only thing that stopped it being 5 stars was that the guy filling out my info didn’t complete the bit with my mileage and any scratches etc on my car. I took a photo of this uncompleted page, photos of my car and photos of my mileage. All was fine, but this piece of information should have been filled out before getting me to sign the paperwork.”
“Called MBW as directed, when were 15 minutes away from Terminal 3. Arrived on the correct level in Short stay car park, expecting someone to be there to Meet and Greet us. Sadly, just an empty desk. two phone calls later and anxiety levels rising, someone popped out of the lift and stood behind the desk, a full 25 minutes after our first chase up call. Not exactly a "Meet & Greet" service. No apologies or explanation given - awful customer service.”
