“Arrived Xmas day, got a call on the way there to check our arrival time, booth was fully manned and operational. Speedy service to get away and on landing they called just as i was about to call them and car arrived 15 mins later just as we got to the parking lot. In all very efficient and used my Tesco points so did not cost me anything (in my maths)”

“Departure no problems. Very busy at arrival time. No one at Level 4 desk and no sign of car or any staff. Car arrived after waiting 15 minutes. It would be good if there was someone manning the desk by the lifts to advise on any delays. Otherwise all good!”
