They came earlier than expected so I had to pay extra for parking in the terminal, which I felt was okay.

“Not as good as previous experiences. Whilst collection was good, drop off was confused by a call from me 50 minutes before our arrival confirming we were on our way. Apparently I was still expected to ring 30 minutes out to have exactly the same conversation. The email instructions tell the driver to call. Don't confuse things by ringing me. You might think you're being helpful but because I didn't ring back I had to wait 20 minutes for a driver. EV charging worked well, as usual”
