“Ideal Start to our holiday. Easy to park and convenient for terminal 4 long stay car park. Hotel had an alarm which was easy to set. Comfortable bed. Only down side was the restaurant. As you are a bit in the middle of the industrial estate by the airport you are stuck for food. We found the menu limited. But that's about it.”
“Really impressed - easy to find, plenty of parking, staff were lovely, room was very comfortable and clean and not too hot. Also very quiet overnight considering the proximity to the airport and the number of other guests. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.”
“Ideal for a one night stop over ahead of an early flight. Friendly check-in staff, seamless early checkout, no need even to speak to anyone but we did because there was someone there. The room was basic but clean and included a safe and a fridge. It was available for us to check into early (around 1 pm). Walking distance to Hatton Cross tube station (we went into London for the afternoon). A quick 5-10 min car ride to T5 for our meet and greet parking. Would stay here again. can't Comment on food as didn't eat. No water in rooms but there is a water machine in the small self service shop in reception where you can fill your own bottle.”
“Very good hotel. Comfortable room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hotel is right on the airport perimeter for convenience and even though planes were very close the rooms were very well soundproofed and couldn't hear a thing”
“Very nice and clean rooms. Counter staff did not fully explain every aspect of the stay, one example was breakfast and payment system e.g. cheaper if you book before midnight. The restaurant had great promise and had excellent staff, sadly the food was disappointing, pizza was dry and tasteless, burger dry and lacking in flavour.”
