“Quite a surprise! Excellent rooms, food was fine,and staff very friendly. Must be closest hotel to Heathrow entrance. Too reliant on technology - denied three Month-old booking on day needed and phone never answered to resolve matter!! Agency eventually resolved issue but no apology from hotel.

“Bought a hotel and airport parking package - hotel easy to find, its parking was basement level and on morning we left the lifts were not working so had to carry cases down the stairs, Room was fine, shower was hot. Would use again when flying from Heathrow.”
“As a stopover before a long flight, the hotel worked perfectly. Parking was easy, check in smooth and the food was good and reasonable value. All in all difficult to fault it.”

The parking at the long stay terminal 5 was very easy to get two from the hotel. All and all very pleased and we will stop again. Visited on the 13/06/2023”
“Godforsaken soulless dump on the side of a main road next to Heathrow Airport. Robotic and unhelpful staff. Blatantly false and misleading advertising, claiming that double-beds are "kingsize" and that single beds are doubles. Room was totally unsuitable for a family of four, which is what we had booked. Ended up sleeping on the floor. Worst possible start to our family holiday. I would not stay here again if I was paid to.”
