“Generally very convenient to Terminal 5. Restaurant was OK but could offer smaller lighter dishes for those arriving late in the evening. Only down side was we woke up the following morning, only to find no hot water..at 4.00am that is not good!”
“Hotel itself largely as expected. Our reservation had been messed up by the hotel and it took a long time to resolve. The "runway view" room that we had to book fresh due to the admin error did not have a view due to a large tree blocking the view.”
