“Accommodating and helpful staff. Food was okay, but certainly not great. Pie and "seasonally vegetables" had minimal meat and microwaved frozen veg. The plumb crumble had no plumbs - red coloured apples are not plumbs”
“When we arrived we were booked into a disabled room which is not what we were expecting or had booked! As our flight was early it would have been too much hastle to change it over given how busy the reception was at the time we arrived.”
