“Cannot give higher score as breakfast was appalling. The fried eggs like rubber balls, bacon hard and dry, all other ingredients lukexwarm and unappetising. Poor selection of pastries. Wished we hadn't bothered.
Location, reception, meal in bar, service and rooms very good.

“Check-in was quick and smooth.
We stayed in room 1035, which was near the slope area, so we heard the loud banging of a trolley full of glasses throughout the night.
Since we were in a rush during check-out in the morning, we didn’t get a chance to leave feedback.
Other than that, it was a great experience—the room was nice and clean. We’d be happy to return, though next time, we’d prefer a room a bit farther from the noise.”
“The hotel is clean and tidy and all you need if your booking before a flight. Food is good and reasonably priced. Carpark 2 & 3 are 5 mins and I would definitely use again if I fly from Heathrow.”
“Check in was super easy. Staff were helpful both check-in and check out. Room, clean comfortable and more spacious than expected. It had a very modern contemporary feel. Would probably opt for a king sized bed option, if one was available as the double bed is a little 'snug'. I was surprised how large the hotel was. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and food was fine. Again service was very good. Didn't bother with breakfast as I had booked the lounge at the airport and neither my husband nor I eat early. Would stay again without hesitation and would recommend.”

“Needed a hotel close to Terminal Three for an early car drop off, and the Leonardo had some good reviews. We were not disappointed. Staff were very attentive, room clean and comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant where the food was lovely and also hot which was welcomed on a cold and wet evening. It was reasonably priced in our opinion.”
