“Situated just outside the ULEZ zone this is the park & ride where you leave your car for the attendants to park after you leave & they make sure it’s back for your return. They keep your keys so if you’re not comfortable with that this isn’t the car park for you. Check in was straight forward & transfer to T5 quick but on our return we waited about 30 mins for the pick up which wasn’t ideal after a long day travelling. Apparently we had just missed the previous bus but they should be aware which flights are landing & which customers are returning & be there to collect you. There were about 12of us waiting for the bus by the time it came back. Dropped 1 star for the long wait otherwise I would recommend if you want to avoid the ULEZ fees”
“Great value for money! A fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend and use again. Speedy bus and to and from Terminal 5. I had collected my car after leaving the plane only 20 mins before (with hand luggage).”
“Really easy to find, barriers and cameras on entering the site gave peace of mind when leaving the car with them. Check in was really quick and bus was there to take us to T5 in less than 5 mins. On arrival back in UK bus arrived at pick up point after waiting only 10 minutes. Car was ready and waiting on collection and we were off within minutes. Paper mat on the floor on the drivers side showed they really looked after the car and stopped the mat from getting dirty…really nice touch!! Very smooth process, really happy with the service and will definitely use again and recommend.”
“I used the service twice within the space of one month, my review:
The Good:
- Secure parking facilities
- Easy to find parking location not too far from the airport
- Drop off process is smooth, fast and hassle free
- Location is close to airport (5 mins) and drop you short walk to departures elevators
The not so good:
- Pick up took over 25mins both times
- If travelling with cabin bags expect to wait until the customers with hold luggage turn up before the bus arrives
- You get the same repeated excuse even if you call after waiting 15mins - "Are you at the right bus stop?", "The bus comes ever 10mins"
Once you know you'll potentially be waiting on your return, the service is in line with what you paid. I'm still unsure if I'll call it a deal.”
