“Very impressed by Maple Express Park and Ride T5.
Check in was straightforward, reception staff friendly and the bus transfer to T5 took less than 5 minutes. On the return I had an eight minute wait at the bus stop at T5 and then a quick few minutes later I was back at the reception where different staff, just as friendly, handed me my keys and told me where my car was parked. My car mileage had gone up three miles on the clock due to where obviously the car had been taken whilst I was away.
Car was just as I had left it, no mud or dirt. No damage. All good!
Would use them again.”
“It was a seamless process. The staff were helpful, the location was easy to find and the transfer to Terminal 5 was quick and easy.
I will be 100% using Maple again and recommending the organisation.”
“On arrival I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for my car to retrieved. I was told that APH did not share with Maple my return flight details. Please confirm this was shared.
It also appeared there was some confusion in locating the car. The reference number given to me was for another car.
Finally, when the car was eventually retreaved the body work was in a filthy state. Covered all over with grime and dust! The state of the car was more in line with what one would expect if a car was left on dusty and busy farm yard for extended periods.
This is unlike anything I've experienced with APH over decades of service even for extended periods of parking.
I most certainly would not be recommending Maple as my First option for parking.

“Easy to locate with clear instructions and close to terminal 5. The entry process and bus ride to the terminal were quick and trouble free, regular trips so no great delay. Documentation efficient and minimal with clear and concise instructions fro return.
Return to the site quick and regualr buses with only 10 min wait whilst other providers clients complaining of their wait at the same stand. Bus was clean and not crowded.
Price was consistent with the location, would recommend as stated above.”
