“We got to the car park and there was a major accident. We rang the Maple Lodge customer services they upgraded us to terminal five meet and greet which was very good service. Yes I would recommend them. Five stars Mr Williams.”
“We were very grateful that Maple Express mini bus driver waited when our flight was delayed. Several people tried to get onto the minibus who were not with Maple as their own company had already left, obviously they could not come on the Maple minibus however the driver tried to offer advice to them. When we arrived back at their office around 2am they were efficient and we were on our journey home very quickly. Other non-maple customers also couldn’t get hold of their car parking companies, I phoned twice and got through quickly and was dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner. I was very impressed, thank you.”
“No idea where they park the car, but there was 7miles added to my milometer. I guess that's not unreasonable, but has caused me to wonder where it was stored. Staff behind the desk were spectacularly misserable both on drop off and pickup. I was charged £20 because my flight was delayed, but this was stated in the terms, so I guess that's fair. Hopefully I'll be able to recoup it from the airline. Drop off and pick up were really straight forward and quick. Drop off area really close to T5.”
