“Couple of issues. The location post code and more importantly, what3words location is wrong, annoyingly. The other, and it’s not obvious, is after you arrive and park your car. It is then removed to another facility about 1 1/2 miles away over public roads. Not really what I imagined and I have no idea what this facility’ is?”
“Was hard to find. Postcode was incorrect. Once found handed in key and bus was there ready to go. On return people waiting at bus stop had been waiting 30 minutes. Rang and was told bus would arrive in 5-7 minutes although it states buses run every 10-15 minutes.”
“Excellent instructions to avoid the ULEZ. Easy booking process and check in. Only reason that I have given it 4 stars rather than 5 is that I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the bus to the terminal and to be picked up. However, it really wasn't that much longer and I will certainly use this parking facility again.”
“The bus took longer than 15 minutes to depart as the driver waited for other passengers even though there was another bus ready to take them and when we arrived back we had to wait longer than 15 minutes for the bus, also the office staff looked miserable and didn’t greet with a smile.”
“I looked for a parking option outside of the ULEZ (low emissions zone) and found Maple. What a pleasant surprise! Turned out to be almost 50% cheaper than other parking options at Heathrow and services / communication was great. I wasn’t sure if the date I would return, so they offered to have my vehicle ready on an earlier date to cover all eventualities. Great find and a definitely recommending to my friends.”
