“No problems justed arrived and went by coach to terminal 5 .Same on return went to bus stop 30 then transported to Maple express car park .Will be using this service again .”
“Very polite staff. However, when we came to pick up the car, I was told it had been parked in a different spot. I took this as normal practice since the staff told my wife that they may move the car within the car park to suit the parking locations. Please note that my wife was told by the staff, that the car will stay within the compounds of the car park.
However, when I looked at the car, the front fendors were full of mud splashes. Inside the car, all settings had been tampered with, i.e. tachometer, lighting controls, Climate control, even the seat setting had been changed. I had taken note of the mileage before I left the car. I noted that the car had been driven approximately over 10 miles. The question is, for such a small car park, how could moving the car from one spot to another, would account to over 10 miles of drive. Extremely concerned about where my car had been, and where was it driven.”
“Awful experience! Wouldn’t ever park here again. We nearly missed our flight due to the parking company not telling us that they have a bus to the right TERMINAL! I have to very small children age 3 & 5 and having to carry them with all our luggage to a train and then run to find our check in was the worse experience. They also charged me another day as had the wrong return date on!”
