“We have used Maple twice in November and have found them very easy to find and very easy to check in. Both times coach/bus was waiting for us. There were clear instructions for return and not a long wait. Oh and also didn't need to go into ULEZ area.”
“The overall experience was poor. The only good point was the check-in was quick. The car was moved offsite immediately after check-in as we followed it out in the bus, I don't know where to. After 4 days I checked the car app on my phone only to find that the drivers door was showing as open. After contacting the company a representative said they would check the car in the morning, this was obviously done as the following day it was showing closed. On returning to collect the car the staff were not the slightest bit concerned and said it was nothing to do with them and we would have to contact the booking agent. Will not be using this company again.”
