“Good location close to T5. Acceptance of the car was efficient. On return, had to wait just over 15 mins for bus at 11pm at night, when we were the only passengers being collected. They did phone me about half an hour after landing - I'm not sure why when they could see our flight had landed and we were the only passengers they were collecting - but I did not hear the call. Good efficient handover of the car once we had arrived back at the compound.”
