“Excellent service. So easy and stress free. Mini bus was there upon arrival to take us to terminal 5. Very short journey. Waited 1 minute for the bus to arrive in terminal 5 to take us back to pick up the car. Would highly rexommmed this park and ride service.”

“Great place to keep the car and close to the airport with lots of buses to and from. However, I don’t recall being told that the car would be moved elsewhere which it was for the 3 days I was away. It was brought back to Maple Carpark when I returned though so all good. It was also hard to leave as the barrier wouldn’t go up.”
“Brilliant service from start to finish. Clear instructions on how to return. My car was ready immediately. The buses run very frequently and you get to Terminal 5 within 5-6 minutes. Considering it would've cost me double to park at the airport, I'm very happy with what I paid & how easy it all was. I will recommend people to use this service.”

Easy to find the car park, the transfer bus was already there when we arrived and then a quick 5 minute drive to the terminal. On our return, we found the bus stop easily and the bus arrived within 5 minutes. The transfer back to the car park was again, very quick, and our car was waiting for us by the reception. No issues and would use this service again.”
“Worked very well. Bonus being just outside of the ULEZ zone. 5 minutes off J14 of the M25. A bus was sitting ready for us for the 5 minute shuttle to the airport. On our return, we only had to wait 10 minutes for the shuttle. Around £80 for the week, which I feel was a great price for the service.

“Impressed at start. Good collection and good reception. Not happy AT ALL that 1/4 of a tank of diesel had been used! When I asked where my car had been parked, the attendant said he didn't know as his screen was 'blurry'! Better think of better excuses...,,,”
